These API Terms govern access to ETL-based data processing services, including AI-enhanced transformation pipelines and API delivery of processed and transformed data outputs.
Authentication and Access
- Access requires valid authentication credentials or API keys
- Credentials must be stored securely and kept confidential
- Access may be restricted, rotated, suspended, or revoked for security reasons
- Only authorized systems and users may connect to the API
API Use Scope
The API provides controlled access to processed data generated through ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines and AI/LLM-based transformation layers.
The service does not provide access to raw upstream data sources. All outputs are materially transformed, standardized, and enriched prior to delivery.
API delivery is designed for integration into client systems and environments, enabling secure consumption of transformed data outputs.

Technical Rules
- HTTPS transport is required
- Only documented or authorized endpoints may be used
- Abusive, excessive, or destabilizing request behavior is prohibited
- Attempts to probe, bypass, scrape, or undermine the environment are prohibited
Logging and Monitoring
All API activity is subject to logging, monitoring, and audit tracking for security, compliance, and service integrity purposes.
Logs may include API requests and endpoint usage, transformation pipeline activity, access patterns, authentication events, and infrastructure-level diagnostics.
Logging is an integral part of the ETL analytics service and supports compliance, fraud prevention, and operational governance.

Data Handling Through the API
All data exposed through the API consists exclusively of processed and transformed data generated through proprietary ETL workflows and AI-driven processing layers.
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to reconstruct raw source datasets, reverse engineer transformation logic, or use API outputs to replicate upstream data feeds.
The API is intended as a delivery layer for value-added processed data, not as a data extraction mechanism.

Caching and Storage
Any caching performed by the customer must remain limited to temporary and reasonable technical or operational purposes, unless broader rights are expressly granted in writing.
Persistent storage, redistribution, offline replication, or uncontrolled retention of processed API outputs is not permitted unless otherwise agreed.

Security Incidents
Customers must promptly notify us of suspected credential leakage, unauthorized access, abuse, or security incidents involving API use. We may take immediate action to protect the environment and service integrity.
Changes to the API
We may update, modify, restrict, or deprecate API functionality where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, architecture changes, compliance, or service improvement.
